These "Green Goats" were designed by Railpower Technologies, Inc., and built under contract by Motive Power Industries in Boise, Idaho. UPY 2300 was constructed on the frame of UP B23-7 134 (which was ex-Missouri Pacific 4634, originally MP 2323). |
