Chicago Metra train 1235 passes by the coach yard as it departs Union Station and heads southwest to Aurora on September 26, 2017. This engine, METX 181 "Village of Schaumburg," is an EMD F40PH-2 and was recently overhauled and given a new paint job. (Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE.)
